This poem came from a girlie time with my friends, laughter, jokes and love…🤍💅🏽✨
FYI we were having a random conversation between ourselves and I said something to her: a question from here (guess what question it is 🤭 and leave a comment)
and we laughed about it and she said so poetic!
I should definitely write about it and voila! This is the masterpiece and I loveeeeeee it!🤭❤️
I’ve been to a lot of ships,
Sailed through the narrow and wide seas.
When I say ‘been’ I mean I’ve shared my life,
With these ships. I’ve lived there.
I must tell you,
I write these words with hot tears,
Because I can’t unwrap my heart
To find my faults.
I’ve asked you many times without numbers,
What did I ever do wrong,
What did I ever do not to be loved?
I’m completely loveable
The best you can tell
My love shines as bright as the evening star.
Not saying this to boast,
But with all humility.
Our ships have sailed places,
This relation-ship is at its shipwreck
Ready to sink with all of me,
All of you,
All of us.
Gone forever.
And yet you can’t still say those words:
I love you.
I can never understand what I ever did not to be loved.
Maybe now,
Right now as we are in this shipwreck
Perhaps now that you've lost what you have—
Those words will be forced out of your mouth.
I forgive you,
Even as we sink,
I forgive you.
Because I've always loved you.
